    "content": " |Mr. Chairman, Sir, I support the deletion of this amendment. It is very unfortunate that in this country and this day and age that we encourage illiterate people to be our leaders. Last night, I was very sad when this amendment went through. We are going through a new dispensation. We are going to have a county government where county assemblies will be expected to make laws that will guide that particular county. We would not allow people who cannot even write their names to be members of the county assemblies. I was actually very disappointed as this went through yesterday. So, I support the deletion"
