"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I think I have listened to the sentiments of the Members. We are persuaded that we might need to some time to have theses consultations and consolidation of these amendments so that we reduce even the time within the committee because they have been sorted out there. If it is agreeable, then I believe what I heard from the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade and the Chairman of the Budget Committee they are willing to meet with the Minister for Finance now; harmonize all these things so that by the time we come back and start to debate at 3.30 p.m., we will be having a clear slate, so that we can come back to this Committee of the whole House in the afternoon and finalize this; which is possible."
