This issue has been discussed for a long time. We have even held a workshop with the Members of the Committee on Finance. Planning and Trade. We have discussed these amendments. Basically, I know they are major but I can assure you we have taken into account the amendments that were raised by Members during debate. Even more, most of them are clean up. They are many but they are not major."
