One of the reasons was that the Minister was able to persuade us about the deadline of 27th. To bring this Bill this afternoon is still to rush it because between now and afternoon, we are not free. We are still in the House. We will not have time to go over this thing. Now that he has made such a good decision; the Leader of Government Business, the Minister for Finance and Mr. Wetangula, you should extend it further for the sake of Kenya.
