    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the Security team reached Namadi area, they further established that the same team of three had proceeded westward of Namadi towards Kidebo National Reserve, which is in Uganda, and were following a herd of elephants. The security team followed the wildlife tracks and the KPR’s footprints for another 30 kilometres and established that the accused were purely on a poaching expedition. On the tracks, they noted blood drops stains of the elephant that the accused persons had hit while on their poaching mission before the deceased person met his death."
