It is very important for this House, although I notice that a lot of hon. Members have gone out, perhaps for further consultations on the Public Financial Management Bill. This is such a fundamental area that even as they concentrate on those matters, they look at Part V, which deals with offences, so that we eliminate the problems that we have had."
