This is essentially a forest block under the ownership of Karachuonyo County Council but managed in trust by the KFS. Indeed, I acknowledge this matter, that we have allocated Kshs3 million amongst other many activities of re-afforestation and maintaining the forests. We would also want to engage the local community. The process of establishing community forest associations is ongoing. In some of the forest blocks,"
