For example, in Maragoli Forest, the communities are willing to participate and plant because it is supposed to be a multifaceted approach in order for us to cover the country with forest. What is the Ministry doing to improve on the rate that they are paying if they were to purchase the seedlings from locals who take the initiative to plant so that they can supply them to the forestry department to plant in the forest?"
