    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister for that candid answer but I want to remind him that our local community does not get any timber from Kakamega Forest, whatsoever. However, since the Constitution provides that local resources within communities, a percentage will be left for use by the local community, could he tell us what he is intending to do to ensure that the full potential of this forest is realized including carbon trading and the proceeds of tourism that this particular resource attracts and how these resources will go to the local community of the people of Kakamega?"
