    "content": "(b) I wish to comment on the second option of leasing, as put forward by the hon. Member. My Ministry is considering engaging development partners through the public- private partnership in order to improve on service delivery. This is focused particularly towards areas of infrastructure development and improvement as well as provision of medical equipment. In this regard, we are in dialogue with various interested parties in order to find a lasting solution. However, the trauma management centre remains a priority and the Government has to look for resources."
