It is true that the works on the road are going on, but they did not commence in February. They commenced much later, perhaps, towards the end of March. But even as they proceed, could the Assistant Minister ensure that the areas that will be covered towards November, 2013 are also made passable as we await the completion date? This is because the area near Nyahururu Town is completely impassable, unless the contractor is instructed to take some remedial measures on the road."
