    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I indicated that we have an affirmative action and we will be tabling here a Roads Sector Investment Programme that clearly indicates the areas where we would want to put our efforts. In that Roads Sector Investment Programme, you will realize that much of our attention is now shifting towards the LAPSET Corridor. I am sure that when we get there, the hon. Members will appreciate. But in the meantime, as I have said, our policy is to ensure that the roads that have already been constructed are maintained to a motorable condition even before we go to the other levels."
