I do not know whether you heard what the Assistant Minister said, implying that there were no returns from Ijara. When they need people to help them govern this country; for instance, when they wanted a Minister of State in the Office of the President for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, they went to Ijara. When it comes to tarmac roads, as far as they are concerned, there is nothing good that can come from Ijara. That came from none other than an Assistant Minister of this Government."
