Bony Khalwale, the moment the Speaker says “order” and stands on his feet, if you do not freeze and proceed addressing the House, the Chair will take stern action against you. The Chair knows that you cannot anticipate anything in this Parliament. The tradition of the House is that you do not anticipate debate, Motions or any position that the House will take. So, do not share the business of the House Business Committee. There is the Leader of Government Business in the House and there is no provision for his “shadow” or someone coming from the Back Bench who basically represents another institution.
