"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a Procedural Motion and when you look at the business, we have tried also to be very lean in terms of what we are bringing today. We believe that the two Bills that are appearing today are clearly straightforward and hon. Members can be able to transact them today. There is also the issue of the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) which hon. Members felt that it will be good to clear it today, one way or another and hence, we are asking hon. Members in their usual magnanimity and resolution that today we burn the midnight oil, we finish what we have to finish today and then tomorrow we finish what we have to finish tomorrow and then we can take a well deserved break to go and do constituency matters as we prepare."
