    "content": "I wonder why the Government is so eager to push the House to pass laws up to very late into the night when hon. Members have not had adequate time to look at the Bills. Hon. Members need to look at these important Bills when they are not tired. Keeping hon. Members here until midnight and expecting them to pass the Teachers Service Commission Bill is not tenable. What will happen is that by the time it gets to 10.00 p.m., there will be less than 20 hon. Members in this House. The entire Government will be gone to sleep. So, to avoid having the Government going to sleep before the conclusion of business, it is good that we proceed up to Order No.11 and adjourn."
