I attended as an ex-official Member of the Budget Committee. There is a letter from the Ministry of Finance asking for the Vote on Account to be done tomorrow, without having tabled the reprinted estimates. The reprinted estimates would have enabled the Members to interrogate and make sure that the recommendations of the Budget Committee as adopted by the House on 7th June are clearly captured."
