    "content": "So, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as one who is really concerned about Agenda Item No.13 today, I think all these items on today’s Order Paper should be expeditiously disposed of by the House, without prejudicing time for discussion on the Vote on Account tomorrow. So, I would rather that we agree that we shall discuss tomorrow morning, but not discuss with intention of terminating the work of the House at the end of the day. We should discuss with the intention of terminating the work of the House when these urgent matters are completed, and when the Vote on Account is completed qualitatively by the House. So, I think we need not go too far. The issue of adjournment should be kept at bay. As hon. Okemo said, if the Government will not have done its work properly tomorrow morning and present proper documents for Vote on Account, that should be done and time should be allowed for the House to debate it."
