    "content": "Hon. Members, before we move to the next Order, I have the following Communication to make with respect to appointment of Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board. Hon. Members, you will recall that on 9th August 2011, I issued a Communication from the Chair to the effect that His Excellency the President had submitted to the National Assembly persons to be considered for appointment as Chairperson and members of the Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board pursuant to Section 9 (7) of the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates Act (2011) Act No.2 0f 2011. The names were forwarded to the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) for consideration prior to approval by the House. In the same communication, I had informed the House that the National Assembly had not received three names of the nominees of non-citizens who are supposed to be appointed to be members of the Board by the His Excellency the President in consultation with the Prime Minister for approval by the House in accordance with the provisions of Section 9(13) of the Act."
