Members, aware that the National Assembly had discharged its mandate as per the provisions of the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates Act, 2011, and in view of the fact that the three names have now been submitted and in order to fulfill the requirements of the Act, I direct that these names and the accompanying curriculum vitae (CV) be forwarded to the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) for consideration, and that the Committee should table its Report on Tuesday 23rd August, 2011. The House should thereafter deliberate on the matter without further delay."
