    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I just want to indicate that I do not agree with the hon. Attorney-General on the Law Society of Kenya’s Act. The Law Society of Kenya gave us views and it was not of the view that this is an issue of a name. Indeed, in the hon. Attorney-General’s contribution, he indicated that this was not an issue of a name and that they are taking control of the work that the Law Society of Kenya does. Given that the Chairman has substantively withdrawn, the only thing I want to indicate is that as a Member of that Committee, I am opposed to what the Chairman has done. Until I am persuaded that there are minutes, I do not know how the Chairman came up with those suggestions. I do not agree with what my Chairman has done."
