If there is no difference between a “committee” and a “tribunal” why are you changing it? There must be a reason for changing from “committee” to “tribunal”. So, please, do not take us for children’s simplicity. If the Departmental Committee has brought an amendment here, please, Attorney-General, explain in a better way, but do not tell us that there is no difference because then you would not be changing it."
