    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I just want to go on record that as a lawyer I cannot sit and be part of the Committee. Indeed, I actually want to tell you that contrary to what people believe in this House, this Committee has been functioning well but when we raise an issue of procedure, it is an issue of procedure and I cannot sit here as a lawyer and be pulled along things that we did not agree as a Committee. Indeed, the hon. Attorney-General has confirmed that we had set certain things pending confirmation from the Attorney-General but he did not come. He never came. So, because we are doing things unprocedurally, I want to go on record in the HANSARD that I am not part of what the Committee is doing. If anything, it is not even the Chairman, it is a fake chairman."
