I am, indeed, looking for the requisite Standing Order, which states that matters that belong to a Committee can only be sent to another Committee by a resolution of the House. You have continued to refer matters that belong to different Committees to the wrong Committees in spite of express provisions of the Standing Orders. Standing Order No.1 does not necessarily suspend provisions of the Standing Orders."
