    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended- (2) in the amendments proposed to the Civil Procedure Act (Cap. 21)- (a) in paragraph (d) of the proposed new Section 59A(2)- (i) by deleting the word “seven” appearing at the beginning of the paragraph and substituting therefor the word “eight”; and, (ii) by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after sub- paragraph (vii)- “the Central Organization of Trade Unions”. (b) in the proposed new Section 59B(1)- (i) by inserting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b); and, (ii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)- (c) where the law so requires."
