    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The reason I will oppose this is because what we are trying to do now is to try and manage the court itself. The law now does require that before a prosecutor can withdraw any charge, it must be with the concurrence of the court. So, if we are now going to say, as Parliament, that you must do it within six months, we are actually taking over the functions of the court, and yet we are saying that the courts should be independent. Truly, we understand what my friend is saying and many of us have faced similar circumstances previously. That abuse has been handled. In fact, I would like my good cousin here to withdraw this one."
