    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives proposed the amendment, but we have since then consulted with the Attorney-General. I have communicated with the Attorney- General and the Minister for Agriculture, and it is generally agreed that the Ministry of Agriculture is consolidating 131 statutes affecting the entire sector into one four viable volumes. Subsequently, we are withdrawing all the amendments touching on agriculture until we come to the main law."
