    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. It would be grossly unfair and unprocedural for the Attorney-General to withdraw things he never gave notice of. We have amendments and this now is the property of the House. Whatever agreement he has with Mr. Mututho relates to the Mututho amendments. I have two amendments, one to the Tea Act and another to Sugar Act, and they are now the property of the House. We debated them and we must be allowed to prosecute our amendments. That is the procedure."
