    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the concern by the Member for Turkana Central, Mr. Ethuro, that I am overstretched, but I am not complaining. Business has been going on and I am aware that Dr. Kosgei did request to resign as Deputy Leader of Government Business. There have been arrangements by her appointing party to replace her with another leader. I believe that, that communication will be made by the Leader of Government Business, in accordance with the Standing Orders at an appropriate time. But in the meantime, we are happy to continue and no Government business is suffering because of lack of that replacement."
