    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I was going to oppose the proposal by the Attorney-General but he has clarified that Bills have already been published because the amendment that has been proposed here to give effect to the Act which we passed in this House last year is so urgent. If indeed it is true that those Bills have been consolidated and soon they are going to be in this House, then I have no problem with that."
