    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to support the Attorney-General’s intention to delete this. I recall that only a few weeks ago, the Kenya Sugar Board held a workshop for all hon. Members of Parliament who were willing to attend, especially for those of us who come from the sugarcane belt. They walked us through an intended amendment Bill that will address the problem globally. So, I would rather that we go the Attorney-General’s way to have a comprehensive review."
