    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I appreciate the need to renew this Commission as soon as possible. That is true but the rules are that this Commission was appointed in a certain format. To appoint it again by direct appointment through the Executive without the process that was followed before is not appropriate. Having said that, it is very critical that we renew the term of this Commission as soon as possible. I understand that we are going to an election and it is a very critical Commission. We appreciate that. Having said that, the procedure cannot be that the President goes ahead to appoint because it is a very critical Commission."
