    "content": "Hon. Munya did not hear me. But what I am saying is that we are retaining. So, we have agreed with him that we retain what he intended to delete. He is not deleting it now. What he wanted to delete is being retained. But we are making an additional amendment - a provision to the same provision that we want retained. That is what I am explaining."
