    "content": "In addition, we are asking that the Board proceeds to carry out the vetting in three sets in panels, which is the provisions we are seeking to provide within Sub-section 2. Therefore, the whole idea is to expedite the vetting of judges and magistrates within the timelines provided. For purposes of vetting magistrates, we are proposing that the process be done by the Judicial Service Commission to expedite the process within one year, as had been envisaged in the Constitution. The Constitution wanted the vetting of judges and magistrates to be completed within one year. If this amendment is carried, that process will be taken care of within one year."
