    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I propose a further amendment by inserting a new section 23(i) providing as follows- The vetting process once commenced shall be concluded not later than 28th February, 2013, save that the National Assembly may, at the request of the Board extend the period for not more than three months. Any review of the decision of the Board and of the JSC shall be heard and concluded within the above specified period."
