    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I want to oppose that proposed amendment by Mr. Baiya. This is because although the Member argues that it is giving a procedure, it is actually giving the Registrar of Political Parties sweeping powers without any procedure at all to deem somebody as having resigned from a political party. I think there must be a better procedure that will ensure justice to the Member and to the party. This is actually attempting to give the Registrar of Political Parties sweeping powers to determine whether a Member has actually resigned from a party or not."
