    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish also to join the other hon. Members and make a very brief contribution. Kenyans are yearning for faster reforms in this country, and particularly in the police force. Kenyans do not require reforms in 2012. Kenyans require immediate benefits from the Constitution that they overwhelmingly supported. We need to bring sobriety in the police service. It is very clear in our minds that in the Traffic Department, the police officers are getting transferred because of the bribes that they demand from Kenyans."
