"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Chair of the CIC actually said that this Commission is subordinate to Parliament. I want to let him know that the people of Kenya knew that there was Parliament when they did set up this Commission. I want to read the Sixth Schedule which says:- “This Commission shall ensure that any impediment to the implementation of the Constitution is addressed.”"
