    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. Is it in order for my good friend, who appears not to have any understanding of the Political Parties Act, to mislead the House? It is true that I was forwarded to the PNU by NARC- (Kenya). I never became a member of PNU. The law allows me even now to define myself as a member of NARC-(Kenya) because it is NARC-(Kenya) that had become a corporate member of PNU. Is it in order for this good hon. Member, who is otherwise my friend, to mislead Kenyans on the law? We saved clauses 2 and 30 of the Political Parties Act. I am not a member of PNU. I am a member of NARC-(Kenya) and its head."
