    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, my amendment is intended to stop the Attorney-General - for now - from carrying on with this amendment. Hon. Members, the reason is as follows:- That, if we amend the Bill the way the Attorney-General is proceeding, we will then be robbing the common man; the man who picks coffee in Kiambu; the man who picks tea in Kericho; the man who cuts sugar-cane in Mumias; the cook who cooks in your house and the watchman who works with G4S from having access to Industrial Court."
