I am appealing to the Attorney-General that we suspend this from this amendment so as to give an opportunity to the social players; namely, the Federation of Kenya Employers, Ministry of Labour and the workers through their trade unions to sit as envisaged in the International Labour Organization Convention, to which Kenya is a signatory, to agree on how best they can amend this particular Act, if it is necessary."
