The Attorney-General says that there were consultations, but they were in-house; that the Judiciary consulted in- house and re-evaluated its structures in-house. Could they now get out of the house and engage with these other stakeholders that Dr. Khalwale has mentioned, so that we can come up with a better law that broadens instead of restricting access to justice?"
