    "content": "Insert the following new section immediately after section 31— New use of unofficial names. 31A. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Act or in any other written law, the Commission may accept and include in the ballot papers a nickname or other unofficial name that a candidate has indicated that he or she prefers to use alongside his or her official name. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the purpose of this amendment is that if a candidate wishes to have a name, which he is popularly known by, it should appear alongside his official name."
