    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, what I am getting is this: We have the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill here which had given the requirements. So, we have abandoned it and gone directly to the proposed amendments by individual Members. What I would have suggested is we do them together. If this happens, then we will agree. We cannot just leave what is provided for because there was a provision on qualification under the Statute, which was never called."
