We have not dealt with Section 22 in the Bill and Section 27 in the Bill; we are already up there. That is where the confusion arose. We are following the actual Bill, but you are following the amendments as they appear on the Order Paper. So, we had no way of even knowing what you were calling. We are not in guillotine; you proposed an amendment which is not in the Bill itself."
