But on the Bill, we also have an issue on Section 22. I do not know if we will go back to that, because you ought to have dealt with the Bill--- When you finish with the Bill, you go to the hon. Members’ amendments. That is normally the procedure. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, secondly, when you have a raft of amendments, like Dr. Nuh, he has to deal with one after the other. He says: “This is my amendment and this is what I want” then, we debate or vote and move on, otherwise, we may be at cross-purposes in what we are doing."
