    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would really need some guidance in this House. This is because if you look at the amendments by Dr. Nuh, they go through almost the whole Act. Maybe you should guide us from now on and maybe we should establish a precedence which will help the House. When an hon. Member is proposing so many amendments to an Act of Parliament, would it not be a better procedure for that kind of thing to go, first, to the Legal Committee, so that they can scrutinize these things in detail, so that when the House comes to discuss them, it is guided by the Legal Committee? If an hon. Member is only suggesting one amendment, it is easier for the House to deal with it, but if he sits down alone and makes 1001 amendments to an Act of Parliament, he ought to submit them to the Legal Committee."
