It says that in nominating candidates for an election under subsection (1), a political party shall ensure that not more than two-thirds of the nominees are of the same gender. To whom is this amendment addressed? It is the citizens of this country who will vote during the nomination day and they will decide who the nominee will be; a woman or a man that is up to the electorate to decide in an electorate area. You cannot direct. Therefore, I beg to oppose."
