    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we should believe in the principle of one man, one job or one woman, one job for that matter. If we are talking of ourselves, as the Members of this House, to occupy two or three positions, what about the councillor down there? Is he going to be allowed to vie for councillor and Member of Parliament? We will balkanise this country, if we go that way. I would rather we unite this country. Let Kenyans be given a chance to chose who they want, from the few Kenyans that will present themselves for election."
