    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move the following amendment to Section 27 of the Elections Act:- (a) in the amendment proposed to section 27 by deleting the word “three” appearing at the end of the amendment and substituting therefor the word “two”; Those are two months or 60 days. If you look at its relation with the other amendments I am bringing to the other section--- The party has two months to bring the nominations rules before they bring the nominees and candidates. It is only because of this particular transition period."
